The building of a house is a complex process that is pointed at may perspectives. It has to comply at same time with the requirements of the client, the land specifications, the regulation laws requirements and expert upshots.
We always start by refining all details and complying with the following steps:
- Collecting information about the plot and its ground condition, the building, the structure, the available communications, etc.
- Estimate of the investment intentions
- Fully-clear about the purpose, interior and exterior planning of the building.
- Conceptual designing
The next step is specifying the following details:
- Investment project: if needed, who will prepare the parts needed for obtaining building permission.
- Foundation – usually is executed by the client. We control its implementation, but in some exceptional cases we can make it.
- Degree of completeness and structure characteristics. It is possible to determine an execution outside the standards, some of building activities can be done by the client, previously agreed.
The construction building is a result of our experience, but if our customers wish to change some options, we can make them at parameters eligible by the building technology.
After all, when every detail is clarified, we sign building contract with outlined prices, terms of execution, structure features and payment methods. The delivery and installation of the construction are in accordance with conditions described in the contract.
After building completion, the client gets a new home, by signing pack of protocol papers. Warranty time starts since first day of living-in.
Warranty period and operation period are different concepts, but in some cases can cover each other.
All wooden elements in our buildings are maximum protected from the external conditions – it’s proved that the wood in absence of extreme influences can last a lifetime. There are wooden houses more than 500 years old.
